Kombes Agus Nurpatria Didakwa Tofu CCTV 'Kunci' Pembunuhan Brigadir J

JAKARTA - The defendant in the Obstruction of Justice case, Agus Nurpatra, is said to have known the only CCTV that focused on Ferdy Sambo's official residence during the shooting of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.

This was stated in the indictment read by the Public Prosecutor (JPU) during the trial.

"The defendant Agus Nurpatra Adi Purnama chose and confirmed that only CCTV at the security post of the Duren Tiga Police Housing Complex RT 05 RW 01 Duren Tiga Village, Pancoran District was taken," said the prosecutor in the South Jakarta District Court courtroom, Wednesday, October 19.

In the indictment, Agus Nurpatra then ordered Irfan Widiyanto to replace the CCTV DVR installed at the security post.

The reason is, he knows very well that CCTV can be strong evidence in disclosing the murder case of Brigadier J.

"Because the location and spotlight of the CCTV pointed to the official residence of witness Ferdy Sambo. Even though the CCTV that highlighted the location of the shooting was the only CCTV," said the prosecutor.

With this role, Agus Nurpatra was charged with Article 49 in conjunction with Article 33 subsidiary Article 48 Paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 32 Paragraph (1) of the Electronic Information and Transaction Law in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code or Article 233 subsidiary Article 221 Paragraph (1) 2 in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
