JAKARTA - Inspector General Teddy Minahasa is said to have deliberately asked the former Bukittinggi Police Chief AKBP Doddy Prawira Negara to sell methamphetamine. Because, the goal is to frame the suspect Linda.

"That's right, yes, it's for trapping," said Inspector General Teddy Minahasa's attorney, Henry Yosodiningrat, to reporters, Tuesday, October 18.

According to him, Teddy Minahasa asked AKBP Doddy to frame Linda. The initial plan, the woman will buy from methamphetamine from someone with the initials A.

That person was ordered by AKBP Doddy. So, later Linda can be arrested with evidence of methamphetamine.

However, the plan was a mess. This is because AKBP Doddy is said to have not fully done what Teddy Minahasa asked him to do.

"For the undercover buy, the police chief didn't do it. So this is what I want to clarify, it's just a matter of proving what it looks like," he said.

Inspector General Teddy Minahasa has been named a suspect in a drug case. He was involved in a network for controlling the circulation of 5 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine.

In a series of drug cases, Inspector General Teddy Minahasa, Polda Metro Jaya has named 11 suspects.

Six of them are civilians. They have the initials HE, AR, L, A, AW, and DG. While the rest are members of the National Police. They are Inspector General Teddy Minahasa, Aipda AD, Kompol KS, Aiptu J, and AKBP Doddy Prawira Negara

The Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, said that he was placed in a special place (patsus) for the Provos Division of the National Police Propam Division. The placement is waiting for the ethics and criminal trial process.

"IJP TM is subject to the Provos Propam Polri, here at the Police Headquarters," said Dedi.
