Brigadier J's Family Until Dating Is Certain To Be A Witness In The Bharada E Session

The panel of judges asked the Public Prosecutor (JPU) to present 12 witnesses in the next trial of the premeditated murder case with the defendant Bharada Richard total Pudihang or Bharada E. They are the family and lover of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.

Originally, the trial would immediately enter the stage of examining witnesses. This is because Bharada E decided not to file an exception or a memorandum of objection.

"For next Tuesday's trial, we will decide 12 witnesses," said Chief Judge Wahyu Iman Santosa during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, October 18.

The witnesses who were asked by the panel of judges to be presented at the next trial included the attorney for the family of Brigadier J, Kamaruddin Simanjuntak.

Then, the parents of Brigadier J, Samuel Hutabarat and Rosti Simanjuntak. As well as Brigadier J's lover, Vera Simanjuntak.

There were also several other witnesses, namely, Maharesa Rizky, Yuni Artika Hutabarat, Devianita Hutabarat, Novita Sari Nadea, Simanjuntak Spirit, Parulian Sangga, Roslin Emika Simanjuntak, and Indra Manto Pasaribu.

After presenting these names, the panel of judges questioned the prosecutor's ability to present the witness.

If you can't afford it, the judge will give the prosecutor a choice to present it online.

"Given the distance and time we provide the prosecutor's flexibility to be examined in accordance with regulations regarding COVID-19, so it can be done via zoom," said Wahyu.

For information, Bharada Richard totaling Pudihang or Bharada E is one of the suspects in the murder case of Brigadier J. He is said to be the shooter.

In this case, the Public Prosecutor charged Richard totaling Pudihang Lumiu with the primary indictment of Article 340 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.
