PDIP Singgong 'Biru' Apart From Jokowi's Administration, NasDem: Don't Be Gady, Don't Be Investigate Each Other

JAKARTA - The NasDem Party replied to the statement by the Secretary General of PDIP Hasto Kristiyanto, who mentioned the Dutch flag which was torn blue by fighters in the past. NasDem emphasized that PDIP does not need to make a fuss by satirizing the decisions of other parties. It is known, Hasto said that the "biru" issue was released from the Jokowi government because he had nominated his own presidential candidate. Meanwhile, NasDem has chosen to nominate Anies Baswedan in the 2024 presidential election. "Don't make noise with each other, we don't have to make fun of each other, accuse each other, pretend to be the most loyal," said Deputy Chairperson of the NasDem Party Ahmad Ali, Tuesday, October 11. According to Ali, Hasto does not need to feel that his party is most loyal to Jokowi. In fact, PDIP also considers Jokowi only as a party official and often criticizes the government. "Does PDIP hear Jokowi's voice? Don't PDIP place Mr. Jokowi as its party officer? We know how their cadres (PDIP) treat Pak Jokowi's government like. What kind of criticism, acting like Mr. Jokowi. What is it called ethics?," said Ali. Ali also reminded Hasto that every political party has its own right and sovereignty to determine the direction and choice of the presidential candidate. According to him, exactly or indirectly NasDem's choice is not the PDIP that bears it. So, said Ali, there is no need to act as if representing the people. "What the NasDem Party is doing is not in accordance with the will of the people, yes we will bear it, not PDIP. Don't pretend to represent the people, ” said Ali. Ali also emphasized that NasDem was not a PDIP subordinate who was waiting for the direction to be carried. Moreover, he said, when NasDem stated that Jokowi supported the last presidential elections, it was not because of the PDIP but Jokowi himself.
