Investigating The Case Of Lesti Kejora's Domestic Violence, Rizky Billar's Housemaid And Guard Will Be Questioned At The South Jakarta Police

JAKARTA - The South Jakarta Metro Police summoned the house guard Lesti Kejora related to the alleged case of domestic violence (KDRT) by her husband, Rizky Billar, for questioning tomorrow, Tuesday, October 11.

"I've checked the ART (house assistant), then the house guard tomorrow, Tuesday, one person," said Head of the Public Relations Section (Kasi) of the South Jakarta Metro Police AKP Nurma Dewi quoting Antara, Monday, October 10.

Nurma said that previously Lesti and Rizky Billar had been examined some time ago.

Meanwhile, the Head of Criminal Investigation at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Kompol Irwandhy Idrus, has sent a summons back to Rizky Billar.

"The attorneys said on Thursday they agreed to the summons," he said.

Previously, Rizky Billar was not present to fulfill the summons of the South Jakarta Metro Police who will conduct an examination of the alleged case of domestic violence against his wife Lestiani or Lesti Kejora, on Thursday, October 6.

"The attorney Rizky Billar asked for the postponement of the examination of Rizky Billar to October 13, 2022," said the Head of Public Relations of Metro Jaya Police Kombes Pol Endra Zulpan.

Moreover, South Jakarta Metro Police Investigators raised the status of the alleged case of domestic violence (KDRT) committed by artist Muhammad Rizky alias Rizky Billar against his wife, Lestiani Andryani or Lesti Kejora to the investigation stage.

Rizky Billar is threatened with Article 44 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning Domestic Violence (KDRT) with a threat of five years to 15 years in prison.
