Minister Hadi Tjahjanto Asks Central Java GTRAs To Help Citizens About The Certainness Of Land Law

JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency, Hadi Tjahjanto, asked the Central Java Agrarian Reform (GTRA) Task Force to help residents who need legal certainty on land rights.

"I ask that the Central Java GTRA can continue to search for the target of as many agrarian reform objects as possible for the benefit of the community. The hope of the gurem farmers, workers, and fishermen is that the state is present," said Hadi Tjahjanto when opening the Coordination Meeting for the Implementation of Agrarian Reform for Central Java Province in 2022 in Semarang, Wednesday, September 28.

According to him, to complete agrarian reform, synergy from the four pillars is needed, namely the Ministry of ATR/BPN, local governments, law enforcement officers, and the prosecutor's office.

In addition, the fifth pillar is also needed, namely community involvement so that it is easier to find agrarian reform targets that must be resolved.

"With the five pillars, we can integrate redistribution and community empowerment and resolve conflicts and agrarian disputes. The key is communication, any redistribution, the subject must be verified and as much as possible to avoid city games. Verification The subject is in the regional government," he said as quoted by Antara.

He said that agrarian reform provides clarity on assets and access for people in need by involving regional land offices.

"People who have received redistribution (the land/land belonging to the government handed over by the community) can carry out economic activities properly," he said.

Asked about the Complete Systematic Land Registration Program in Central Java, he asked regional offices and land offices to come down to carry out citizen land data collection.

The Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo, asked the regents and mayors to immediately dive into issues related to agrarian reform, including various land disputes in their area. Inventory is needed so that all land issues can be resolved immediately.

"We ask that in every district/city immediately list the problems that exist there, so for the benefit of development, land redistribution, investment and so on so that it can be a target solution that will be assisted by the land office," said Ganjar.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Central Java Province ATR/BPN Regional Office as well as the Head of the Central Java GTRA Implementation Team, Dwi Purnama, added that the national target for the PTSL Program is 126 million fields, specifically for Central Java there are 21,000,000 fields.

Until now, after there is a PTSL Program that has been registered in around 15,000,000 fields, there are still around 6,000,000 fields that must be completed as soon as possible.

There are already 19,000 plots of land with the most areas in Semarang Regency, around 141 hectares.

"The work on the house of the Central Java Province Agrarian Reform Task Force for handling agrarian conflicts has 11 main problems and must be resolved immediately. Among the 11 problems, there is ex-HGU state land in Sikasur Village which is included in the first priority location. Then there is agricultural land in Batang about 300 hectares which is expected to be completed soon so that it can be redistributed to the community because the land is fertile," he said.
