Erick Thohir Reshuffles The Board Of Directors And Commissioners Of Dahana

JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), Erick Thohir, carried out an overhaul on the composition of the positions of Commissioners and Directors of Defense SOE Holding DEFEND ID. One of the companies experiencing reshuffle is PT Dahana.

The change in the composition of the board of directors and commissioners was decided through the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises and the President Director of the Company (Persero) PT Len Industri as shareholders of PT Dahana concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of Members of the Board of Commissioners with number SK-306/MBU/12/2024 and Members of the Board of Directors of PT Dahana with number SK-304/MBU/12/2024.

"In the decree, the Ministry of SOEs decided to dismiss and appoint the board of commissioners and the Board of Directors who will lead PT Dahana in the future," Dahana said in a statement quoted from his official Instagram @ptdahana, Wednesday, December 18.

Shareholders have decided to dismiss Syaifuddin, who previously held the position as president director, replacing Hary Irmawan. Hary's appointment as president director was confirmed on December 16.

Then, shareholders also decided to dismiss Rina Moreta, who previously served as commissioner, Ahyanizzaman as Director of Finance, Risk Management, and Human Resources Suhendra Yusuf and Ratuprawiranegara as Director of Technology and Development.

Meanwhile, the board of commissioners and board of directors of PT Dahana who was appointed as of December 16, namely Wildan Widarman as Commissioner, Rusdianto as Commissioner, Mohammad Nur Soddiq as Director of Finance, Risk Management and Human Resources, and Abdul Haris Atbaro Risk as Director of Operations.

With this reshuffle, Dahana's composition of the Board of Commissioners and Directors is as follows:
