Answering Bobby Nasution's Instructions, President Director Of PD Pasar Immediately Returns IDR 600 Million Funds To The Aksara Merchants

JAKARTA - Medan Mayor Bobby Nasution's instructions to return the funds that were originally going to be used to contribute to the provision of kiosk facilities at the Aksara Market were immediately followed up by the Director of Regional Public Companies (PUD) of Medan City Market, Suwarno. Returns will be made as soon as possible and ensure transparency.

This was revealed when Suwarno was accompanied by Director of Operations (Dirops) Ismail Pardede, and Director of Development/HR Imam Abdul Hadi visited the Aksara Market on Jalan Masjid, Medan Estate Village, Deli Serdang.

This arrival also ensures the readiness of the Literary Market to be immediately operational. This is because Mayor Bobby Nasutuin when accompanying the Director General of Human Settlements at the PUPR Ministry, Diana Kusumastuti, inspected the Literary Market, Thursday (15/9) asking that the market be operated within 2 weeks.

Bobby Nasution requested that the funds that had been paid by traders for the provision of kiosk facilities be returned immediately. The reason, he said, the Director General of Human Settlements is willing to prepare the kiosk facilities.

"We are grateful to Mr. Wali because thanks to the collaboration that was carried out, finally the problem of providing kiosk facilities and other facility constraints was handled by the Director General of Human Settlements," said Suwarno, quoted from a written statement by the Medan City Government, Wednesday, September 21.

Regarding the refund, explained Suwarno, it will be carried out as soon as possible and transparently. Thus, he added, traders can have additional capital to return to selling.

"There are approximately Rp600 million in funds which will later be returned to the traders. It is certain that the return will be carried out transparently so that there is no misuse," he concluded.
