Arif said that during the raid, officers found as many as 1,137 LPG gas cylinders measuring 3 kilograms subsidized which were being transferred to gas cylinders measuring 12 to 50 kilograms.

According to him, the raid was carried out after his party conducted an investigation related to the flow or distribution of subsidized 3 kilograms of LPG.

At the time of the investigation, continued Arif, there were suspicious things so the officers continued to snoop, and it was found that there was misappropriation of subsidized gas into non-subsidized gas.

"During the raid, we found 1,137 LPG cylinders measuring 3 kilograms, 13 gas cylinders 5.5 kilograms, 242 tubes measuring 12 kilograms, and 86 gas cylinders measuring 50 kilograms", he said.

During the raid, his party secured three people, namely the owner or manager of the place, workers, and also the warehouse keeper.

The three, said Arif, were taken to the Cirebon Police Headquarters for questioning regarding the actions they had done so far.

"The results of the interim examination, we determined a person with the initials AR to be a suspect and he is the owner", he said.

As a result of his actions, AR was charged with Article 55 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 22 of 2001 concerning oil and natural gas as amended in the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning work creation with a maximum penalty of six years in prison and a maximum fine of Rp. 60 billion.
