Meanwhile, Ancol Public Relations official, Hariyadi Eko Nugroho, said the condition of the burned area had completely extinguished after being assisted by 20 fire engines to extinguish it.
"Regarding the fire that occurred at Putri Mermaid Ancol in the afternoon, the situation is now completely extinguished," said Eko.
Nevertheless, Eko claimed, after the fire incident this afternoon, the activities of the Mermaid Hotel returned to normal.
"Currently, Ancol and Putri Duyung's operations have returned to normal, and the affected areas have been isolated," he said.
