Former MA Secretary Nurhadi Naik Pitam Son-in-law Is Called To Have Bad Credit Of IDR 97 Billion In Bukopin

JAKARTA - Former Secretary of the Supreme Court (MA) Nurhadi was furious because his son-in-law Rezky Herbianto had a debt. Rezky is called a bad credit of Rp97.8 billion in Bukopin.

This incident was revealed by Rahmat Santoso when testifying for the defendant Nurhadi and his son-in-law Rezky Herbianto at the Central Jakarta Corruption Court, Wednesday, November 18. Rahmat is Nurhadi's sister-in-law from Tin Zuraida's wife.

"I was given a warning from Bank Bukopin for Rezky, then Pak Nurhadi was shocked and angry by saying, 'I also know a bank, you don't slander.' I said I didn't understand, Bank Bukopin said it was around Rp97 billion in traffic," said witness Rahmat. Santoso was reported by Antara.

The former MA Nurhadi secretary and his son-in-law, Rezky Herbiyanto, were charged with accepting bribes amounting to Rp45,726 billion from the President Director of PT Multicon Indrajaya Terminal (MIT) 2014-2016 Hiendra Soenjoto and gratuities worth Rp37.287 billion from a number of parties in the 2014-2017 period.

"Rezky turned out to guarantee Hang Lekir's house (Jakarta), a house in Sidosermo (Surabaya), an oil palm plantation, and others," said Rahmat.

In fact, according to Rahmat, these assets were not in Rezky's name. "As far as I know the house in Hang Lekir is in the name of my brother Tin Zuraida and Lia," said Rahmat.

Lia in question is Rizki Aulia Rahmi, Rezky's wife, who is the son of Nurhadi and Tin Zuraida.

Rahmat finally suggested to Bank Bukopin to send a letter to Nurhadi.

"I myself was shocked because this asset was the names of my nephews Lia and Ibu Tin Zuraida, so they also did not know the guarantee, I was also confused, I had a fuss with Pak Nurhadi and Pak Nurhadi saying, 'You don't slander, you know'," said Rahmat.

In order to solve the problem of Rezky's debts with Bank Bukopin, Nurhadi finally asked Rahmat for help.

"After meeting Pak Nurhadi and it turned out that there was bad credit at Bank Bukopin Pak Nurhadi said, 'I just ask for your help, is there not that much money?' I said: 'I don't have that amount of money, but what if the house is bought', "said Rahmat.

Finally, Rahmat bought the Nurhadi family house in Hang Lekir, Jakarta. "I finally bought the house but the money was not enough, so I used the bank money again. Hang Lekir's house was around Rp. 20 billion, then I put it (guarantee) it again into Bank Bukopin to Rp. 35 billion or Rp. 40 billion," said Rahmat.

Rahmat initially wanted to sell the house but it has not been done. "So, the assets in Hang Lekir were on my behalf. I wanted to sell them, but the asset prices continued to fall, especially in conditions like now, I could not afford to pay the bank, so I asked my friend to buy the house," said Rahmat.
