JAKARTA - One by one scenarios blurring the facts of the death of Brigadier J alias Nopryansah Yosua Hutabarat continue to be revealed. This time it's about Bharada E, who is said to be the number one shooter.

It was the South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Budhi Susianto, who mentioned this. It was said at an official press conference last July 12, a few days after Brigadier J died in a pool of blood at the official residence of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.

The bloody incident occurred on Friday, July 8 at around 17.00 WIB - this is based on Kombes Budhi's claim. Inspector General Sambo's wife, who had just returned from out of town, was exhausted and fell asleep in her room. At this time -- said the police -- Brigadier Josua then entered and abused him.

"My mother screamed and then asked for help from other personnel who were actually in the house. So my mother shouted for help to Brother R and Brother M. How many times did I ask for help and this scream apparently made Brother J panicked so that at that moment he also heard voices? A step that came down from the coincidence of brother R on the 2nd floor of the house together with witness K," explained the South Jakarta Police Chief, Pol Kombes Budhi Herdi Susianto at a press conference at the South Jakarta Police Headquarters, Tuesday 12 July.

"Only half the stairs then saw brother J coming out of the room and asked what was wrong. It was not answered but was done by shooting," he continued.

The shot released by Brigadier Joshua did not hit Bharada E and only hit the wall. Bharada E tried to take cover behind the stairs leading up.

"Because R's brother was also equipped with a weapon, he then took out the weapon that was on his waist. So this was then a shooting took place," he continued.

"When we carried out the crime scene, we found someone who was lying covered in blood near the stairs going up to the exact direction of entering the bathroom under the stairs," said Pol Kombes Pol Budhi Herdi Susianto at the time. All of this data refers to the crime scene they have done.

At that time he explained that Bharada E was completely clean of gunshot wounds. The South Jakarta Police at that time immediately conducted an interrogation of the commander Bharada E.

"That Bharada RE is a vertical rescue trainer and in the pioneer regiment he is the number one shooter team in the pioneer regiment. This is what we got," he said at the time.

In fact, as we all know, the results of the Timsus investigation, there is no such thing as a shootout. Bharada E did open fire, but it was on the orders of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, who is now a suspect.

But the findings of the thymus still leave many questions. Who killed Brigadier J?

The question of Bharada E's claim that he is a shooter has also been denied by Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs Mahfud MD.

"Then one said that the expert was indeed four shots hit all, as if convincing. Even though that (Bharada E) could not shoot, the one who was good at shooting who died was (Brigadier J)," said Mahfud.

"If it's on my desk, the charter (Brigadier J) is the one who died, if the one who shot it couldn't do that," he continued.
