JAKARTA - Former Minister of Youth and Sports (Menpora) Roy Suyo has received a summons for a third examination as a suspect in the Borobudur Temple stupa meme case. In addition to the examination material, investigators will question the actual health condition of the telematics expert.

Because Roy Suryo admitted he was sick at the previous examination. But not long after, Roy actually followed the activities of the car community.

"Yes, we will see the investigation now. So today's investigation will also ask these things (the reason for participating in community activities, ed) Why did he say he was sick yesterday," said Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan to reporters, Friday, August 5th.

However, Zulpan did not want to speculate about Roy Suryo's health condition. Including indications that the alleged statement is just a lie.

"I think all people have seen how the person concerned does touring activities, yes, using a large motorbike or car," he explained.

"The truth is that for people who are sick like those complained of, I think it's impossible to do it," continued Zulpan.

Apart from that, the spokesman for the Polda Metro Jaya stated that the investigation process against Roy Suryo was ongoing. The activity of asking for information started this afternoon.

"Today at 13.00 the person concerned has fulfilled the invitation to attend," said Zulpan.

Roy Suryo had previously been questioned twice as a suspect. Examinations took place on Friday, July 22 and Thursday, July 28.

In the two examinations, Roy Suryo always claimed that he was sick. Even Roy Suryo once used a neck brace.

In this case, Roy Suryo was charged with Article 28 Paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 45 Paragraph 2 of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning ITE. Then Article 156a of the Criminal Code and Article 15 of Law Number 1 of 1946 concerning criminal law regulations.
