Bharada E Suspect In The Murder Of Brigadier J, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo Tomorrow, His Wife Putri Cannot Be Questioned

JAKARTA - Bharada Richard Eliezer or Bharada E has been named a suspect in the murder of Brigadier Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J. Regarding the handling of this case, the special team (timsus) of the National Police has scheduled an examination of the inactive Head of Propam Division Inspector General Ferdy Sambo tomorrow morning.

"It is scheduled for tomorrow at 10 am," said the Director of General Crimes at the Criminal Investigation Department, Brigadier General Andi Rian, Wednesday, August 3.

Meanwhile, the wife of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Putri Chandrawati, could not be questioned by the special team formed by the National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo.

"Until now, it is still not possible for PC to be examined," said Brigadier General Andi.

In handling this case, the Criminal Investigation Unit examined witnesses and experts as well as evidence, the Timsus investigator conducted a case title. Until finally set Bharada E as a suspect.

"From the results of the investigation, tonight the investigators have carried out a case title, and we have considered the examination of witnesses to be sufficient to determine Bharada E as a suspect under the suspicion of Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 and Article 56 of the Criminal Code," Andi said.

"The inspection has not been completed, it is still in development," he said.
