JAKARTA - Public Policy Observer, Trubus Rahadiansyah spoke about a man named Iyos (53) whose body condition is very worrying living under the Kebon Nanas flyover, Tangerang City.

According to him, the state or the local city government (Pemkot), in this case the City of Tangerang, is less concerned about its territory. Because they act after going viral on social media.

"Not sensitive. These governments are not sensitive. This means that so far they have not paid attention to their territory or it can be said that the regional municipal government is not present in dealing with these neglected people," Trubus said when contacted by VOI, Wednesday, August 3.

"The government is slow. Because the government actually knows, for example from the Satpol PP or reports from the community around the RT/RW whatever, they must know," he said.

On that occasion, Trubus hoped that the Tangerang City Government through the Satpol PP and Social Service Offices would conduct patrols in their area. The goal is that the area is monitored and there are no more displaced people in the area.

"Yes, (patrol) so it can be handled because it is monitored. Moreover, the neglected person commits violence, drunkenness or something," he concluded.

Previously reported, Iyos (53), a middle-aged man with a worrying body condition. He looks very thin, his body shape is not like a man in general. His body is just bones covered with skin. He also lives in an inappropriate place, under the Kebon Nanas flyover, Tangerang City. Worrying.

Iyos recently became the attention of netizens after the video circulated on social media. He lives in a dirty, unhealthy, slum, far from proper place.

Seeing Iyos, Head of the Tangerang City Social Service (Dinsos) Mulyani said that his party was aware of Iyos' whereabouts. Mulyani said, she had sent her team to pick up the elderly man for treatment.

"We have received reports of displaced persons on Tuesday, August 2, 2022. After that, our agency has dispatched a Dinsos quick reaction team to handle the reports," said Mulyani when confirmed, Wednesday, August 3.

We have brought an ambulance to the man's location and took him to the Tangerang City Hospital," he continued.

Mulyani also explained, based on the doctor's statement at the Tangerang City Hospital, that currently Iyos' condition has improved

"His condition began to improve. At first he was a little short of breath," he said.

He said Mulyani would coordinate with the Social Service Office of Cisarua, Bogor Regency. Because the Iyos family is in the West Java area.

"The man claimed to have children in Cianjur with the names Neng Roh and Asep (Neg Roh's husband). Iyos also has a younger brother named Ade in Cisarua," he said.
