DKI Jakarta DPRD Officially Forms An Asset Special Committee

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta DPRD has officially formed a special committee (pansus) for the assets of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government in a plenary meeting.

Deputy Chairperson of the DKI Jakarta Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD), Misan Samsuri, said that this special asset committee is needed in order to accurately and transparently identify the ownership of assets of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government which is constrained in the field.

Reported by ANTARA, Monday, August 1, during the meeting, Misan said that Commission A of the DKI Jakarta Provincial DPRD had submitted a letter to the Chairman of the DKI Jakarta Provincial DPRD Number 21/LP/KA/DPRD/V/2022 dated May 24, 2022 regarding the asset issue.

Furthermore, Commission C of the DKI Jakarta DPRD has submitted a letter to the Chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD Number 21/S/KC/DPRD/IV/2022 on April 26, 2022 regarding the proposal for the establishment of the Special Committee for Assets of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.

After that, the DKI Jakarta Provincial DPRD through the deliberative body (bamus) has set a schedule regarding the announcement of the formation of the Special Committee for Assets of the DKI Jakarta Provincial DPRD on July 27, 2022 in accordance with the provisions of Article 64 paragraph 1 concerning Government Regulation Number 12 of 2018, that the Special Committee is formed and stipulated in Plenary Meeting.

"We have just listened to the approval of the formation of the Special Committee on Assets of the DKI Jakarta Provincial DPRD which has been approved to be further stipulated as a Decree of the DKI Jakarta Provincial DPRD," said Misan Samsuri.
