"This phenomenon occurs almost every July to September because in that month the temperature in the Ranupani area approaches 0 degrees Celsius," she said.
According to her, the location of Ranunpai which is at an altitude of 2.300 meters above sea level also affects this natural phenomenon, so that the phenomenon of snow dew can be seen on flat land, around Lake Ranupani and Ranu Regulo.
"Even the snow dew covered the surrounding plants, so it looked like snow was covering the outskirts of Ranupani Village, which is at the foot of Mount Semeru," she said.
