Gang Of Criminals Robbed IDR 90 Million From The Safe Office Of The Buleleng Beach Engineering Center, Bali

BULELENG - A gang of criminals robbed IDR 90 million of money in the safe of the Coastal Engineering Center office in Musi Village, Gerokgak, Buleleng Regency, Bali. The perpetrator has been arrested by the police.

The perpetrators were Irvan Ohorella (47), Yandri Souhaly (34) Adie Syaipul Makmur (37), Oktavianus Here Radja (42). The two perpetrators who have not been caught are Ilham Marasabesi alias Aldo and Mustapa Lestaluhu alias Stefen.

The head of the Gerokgak Sector Police, Kompol Asylum Purnawasa, said the gang entered the yard of the Coastal Engineering Center by climbing over the fence.

"Furthermore, they immobilized two office guards by tying their hands and feet with raffia rope and tape their mouths. The perpetrators broke open the safe and took the money," said the Asylum Police Commissioner at the Buleleng Police Headquarters, Bali, Wednesday, July 20.

There were three safes that this gang of criminals broke. The total amount robbed was IDR 90 million.

"With a total amount of almost IDR 90 million. Then the perpetrators fled the scene," said the Asylum Police Commissioner.

Some of the money from the crime was used up by the perpetrators. The remaining IDR 8.263.000 was secured by the police.

"The perpetrators are suspected of having committed the crime of theft with violence as referred to in Article 365 paragraph (2) 1e, 2e, 3e of the Criminal Code with a maximum prison sentence of 12 years," he said.
