Police Release Identity Of Victims Of Deadly Pertamina Tank Truck Accident, Here Are Their Names

JAKARTA - The fatal accident of a Pertamina tanker truck on the Transyogi Alternative Highway, Cibubur, left 10 people dead. Police say they have data on the victims.

"Currently 10 people have died and have been recorded," said Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes E. Zulpan, to reporters on Tuesday, July 19.

The identity of the victims was revealed based on identification data from the hospital. Where, 9 of them are at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital and the other is Permata Cibubur Hospital.

However, the exact cause is still being investigated. The Directorate of Traffic of the Polda Metro Jaya has begun to carry out investigative steps.

So far, allegations have developed that the cause of the deadly accident was because the Pertamina tanker truck had a failed brake.

- Siti (52) a resident of Limus Pratama Regency, Cileungsi, Bogor- Suparno (51), Navy TN, Jonggol Cileungsi-Priastini Navy Complex (50), Indonesian Navy Civil Servant, Jonggol Cileungsi Navy Complex - Abdi Nurcahyanto (22), resident of Cilodong, Kali Baru, Depok- Yus Supriatna (50), resident of Kampung Cikeas Hilir, Ciangsana, Bogor- Sugiatni (38), resident of Village V, Kujang Bayan, Purworejo- M Sirad (41), resident of Village V, Kujang Agung Bayan - Moh Ruslan (44), resident of Pancalang, Kuningan- Shinto Hutapea (48), resident of Jalan Cililitan Besar, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta-Warnih (42), resident of Kampung Cikeas Hilir, Ciangsana, Bogor.
