Brigadier J's Family Lawyer Suspects Dishonest Autopsy Results: Maybe The Offals Are Missing

JAKARTA - The National Police has presented the results of the autopsy of Brigadier J alias Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat, who was said to have died in a shootout with Bharada RE at the shelter for the Head of the Propam Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.

However, the attorney for the family of Brigadier J alias Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat, Kamaruddin Simanjuntak, requested that the autopsy process be carried out in a transparent manner. Because, there are allegations that the process is under the control of certain parties.

"The information we got from the media has already been autopsied, but whether the autopsy is true or not because there are allegations that it was under control or influence, we don't know the truth," Kamaruddin told reporters on Monday, July 18.

Because of this allegation, Kamaruddin requested that the autopsy process be repeated. Thus, the family knew the real cause of the scars all over Brigadier J.

"Could it be that the innards are no longer inside, we don't know, so we need a re-autopsy and a re-visum," said Kamaruddin.

On the previous occasion, the South Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Budhi Susianto had explained the cause of Brigadier J's broken fingers and scratches on his eyelids due to gunshot wounds from Bharada E's firearm.

"So it's not because there are cuts or anything else, but I emphasize that all the wounds on Brigadier J's body are based on the results of the autopsy while they are from gunshot wounds," said Kombes Budhi.

"(So) the bullet that hit Brigadier J's finger itself then penetrated and hit other parts of the body," he continued.

While the scratches on the eyelids, Budhi said he was reluctant to assume. The reason is that they are still waiting for the official results of the autopsy.

If the official results are out, he hopes it can be additional material to uncover the case.

"We don't want to assume. That earlier, we based on the preliminary autopsy results issued by the forensic doctor," he said.
