"Then the flood also dampened the village of Cangkring Malang with water levels between 20 and 50 centimeters. In this village there were 1,035 affected families," said Striyo.

In addition, the flood also submerged several villages in Gempol District, namely Gempol, Kejampanan, and Legok Villages. While the flood in Sidoarjo Regency, submerged Tanggulangin District and Porong District.

In Tanggulangin Subdistrict, the flood inundated Kedung Banteng Village with a water level of 10-28 centimeters. Then in Banjarasri Village, the water level is approximately 10-17 centimeters, Banjarpanji Village is 10-17 centimeters, and Kalitengah R Village is approximately 7 centimeters.

In Porong District, floods inundated Kesambi Village with a water level of approximately 10-20 centimeters. Then Pesawahan Village, Pamotan Village and Gedang Village were flooded.

"BPBD East Java also dispatched TRC to Pasuruan Regency to assist the handling process. We also provide logistical support in the form of basic food packages," said Satriyo.
