Summoned Next Week As Reported Party Of Jokowi's Face Borobudur Temple Stupa, Roy Suryo Is Excited And Waiting For The Moment

JAKARTA - Former Minister of Youth and Sports (Menpora) Roy Suryo stated that he was very much waiting for the investigation process as the reported person in the case of the Borobudur Temple stupa meme similar to President Joko Widodo (Jokowi). The police scheduled an examination of Roy Suryo next week.

"I really appreciate it and I'm really looking forward to it," Roy Suryo told reporters, Thursday, June 30.

The reason Roy Suryo was waiting for the examination process was because on that occasion he was able to provide evidence to the police. That way, the case that made him the reported person for Roy Suryo can be brightly lit.

"(Inspection, red) It can provide clear evidence to the public, clearly what this case is like," he said.

In that case, Roy Suryo was reported on two police reports. In fact, all of the reports have been upgraded from investigation to investigation status.

The two reports are the report with the number LP B/3042/VI/2022/SPKT/ Polda Metro Jaya dated June 20, 2022 with the reporter on behalf of Kurniawan Santoso.

Then, report number LP/B/0293/VI/2022/SPKT/Bareskrim Polri dated June 20, 2022 with the reporter on behalf of Kevin Wu. The handling of this report has been transferred from the Bareskrim Polri to Polda Metro Jaya.

Previously, the Metro Jaya Regional Police had submitted a schedule of investigations against Roy Suryo as the reported person in the Borobudur Temple stupa meme case. The plan is for the former Menpora to be questioned next week. "It is planned that at the beginning of next week there will be a summons for Roy Suryo's brother," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan

The schedule for the examination next week is because investigators are currently focusing on asking witnesses for statements. The aim is to strengthen the allegations of criminal violations in the case.
