SURABAYA - The Surabaya City Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) sealed and stopped the operational activities of the Holywings outlet, Tuesday, for violating the provisions of the Surabaya City Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Public Order and Public Peace.
