The Beating Case With Reportedly Iko Uwais Rises Investigation, Sooner Or Later There Will Be Suspects

JAKARTA - The police have upgraded the status of the alleged beating case with reported Iko Uwais from investigation to investigation. Sooner or later a suspect will be identified.

"This case fulfills the criminal element to be raised to the investigation stage," said Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan to reporters, Thursday, June 23.

The decision to upgrade the status of this case to an investigation is based on the results of the case title. Referring to the evidence and witness statements, it is concluded that this case fulfills the elements of Article 170 of the Criminal Code regarding beatings.

With the increase in status to investigation, investigators will later identify suspects. Of course, by going through a series of inspection processes and so on.

"Yes, during the investigation, it means that there is a suspect. Because I said earlier, it fulfills the elements in determining the suspect," said Zulpan.

Iko Uwais and Firmansyah were reported in the alleged beating case reported by an interior designer named Rudi.

The commotion was triggered by debt problems. Because, it is said that Iko has not paid the remaining payment for interior design services to Rudi of Rp. 150 million.
