East Kalimantan Democratic Party Cadres Are Leaving, Chusnul's Sarcasm Is Loud For AHY: Just Managing The Party Like This, It's A Dream To Take Care Of The Country

JAKARTA - Social media activist Chusnul Chotimah scorned the leadership of the General Chairperson of the Democratic Party, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, alias AHY. A number of party cadres bearing the symbol of mercy are reported to have resigned in droves.

"Several cadres of the East Kalimantan Democratic Party resigned because they were not satisfied with the regeneration system that is now running under the command of the new general chairman of the party bearing the symbol of mercy," Chusnul said on his Twitter account, @ChusnulCh__, Thursday, June 16.

Chusnul assessed that the Democrat cadres who resigned were the result of their dissatisfaction with AHY's leadership.

On that basis, Chusnul considered AHY not fit to lead a country with more complicated and complex problems.

He also asked that the son of the chairman of the Democratic Party's Upper House, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, be aware when talking about the 2024 presidential election contestation.

"Just taking care of the party like this, it's a dream to run the country. Wake up Gus (AHY)," he said.

As is known, a number of Democrat Party cadres in East Kalimantan (Kaltim) reportedly resigned earlier this week. They come from the East Kalimantan Sub-Branch Management (PAC).

It is suspected that they chose to leave the Democrats because they were not satisfied with the party cadre system that was approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights and the Directorate General of Politics and the General Government of the Ministry of Home Affairs in 2003.
