According to him, the cause of death was a heart attack due to a sudden blockage of the heart's arteries.

"Usually it will be experienced by the congregation with mild complaints of chest pain, difficulty breathing, blue or more obvious complaints," he said.

He said that at that time he felt unwell and had chest pain, so the team doctor was called to perform an examination and at that time CPR (basic life support) was also performed. But after several attempts to help, Muslim Abdul Wahab was not saved.

Another member of the Daker Airport health team, Dr Riza Jayanti, said that because the deceased who was the team leader in the BTJ1 group already had a comorbid heart disease, fatigue could be a triggering factor.

"For pilgrims who will depart, please a week before leaving to maintain health, limit physical activity, especially pilgrims who have comorbidities to be fit, because the flight is long, the plane is also cold. If there is a lack of fluids, dehydration can cause situational stress. encourage a heart attack to occur," he said.
