Before Killing Students And Teachers, Ramos Knows When It's Break Time At Robb Elementary

JAKARTA - It seems Salvador Ramos has planned long ago the sadistic massacre of students and teachers at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas. He had saved the details of the activities at the school.

DailyMail.com managed to get an exclusive interview with Ramos' cousin who has children at the school. Shelby Celeste Salazar has a son who is currently in third grade.

A week before the gripping tragedy, Ramos asked for details about the primary school. At that time Ramos spoke to his son and asked what time students were allowed out for lunch.

"At that time I didn't think anything of it, they had a good relationship. They were second cousins," said Salazar, Saturday, May 28.

Salazar and his children live with Ramos and their grandmother, Celia Gonzalez, who was shot in the face by her granddaughter just before the massacre.

A week after his conversation with Salazar's son, Ramos went to the boy's school armed with an AR-15 assault rifle and shot the building killing 21 people.

Salazar's son was in class when Ramos started the mass killings. No one was injured in grade 3 in the mass shooting.

Salazar said he didn't know if his cousin was targeting his son or deliberately avoiding going to his classes.

"No one knows why he did what he did. That's the truth," he said.

"I don't know why he's targeting elementary school. I mean, he doesn't know how to drive, so I really don't. I'm really at a loss for words," he said.

'He knows my son goes to school there. I can't understand this. That's why I'm at a loss for words. I just saw the news with a text message and started panicking."
