Deadly Bus Driver Who Killed 4 People In Ciamis Fleeing

JAKARTA - Dozens of pilgrims who were victims of the tourism bus accident in Tanjakan Balas, Panumbangan, Ciamis Regency, are still being handled by the hospital and local police officers. Meanwhile, the whereabouts of the PO Pandawa bus driver is still unknown.

The Head of Public Relations of the Banten Police, Grand Commissioner Shinto Silitonga, said that until now his party was still searching for the deadly bus driver involved in the accident.

"The bus driver is in the name of Ipayudin alias Ipay, the status is running away." Shinto brief via text message, Sunday 22 May, noon.

It was previously reported that a tourist bus accident carrying a pilgrim from Balaraja, Tangerang, had a fatal accident at Tanjakan Balas, Panumbangan, Ciamis Regency. In that incident, four people died and dozens were injured.

Sri Mulyani, one of the bus passengers from Kampung Ceplak, Balaraja, Tangerang, her body has arrived at the funeral home in Tangerang since this morning, Sunday, May 22, at around 05.00 western Indonesia time.

The case is still under investigation by the Ciamis Police.
