Alert! BMKG Declares That This Afternoon, South And East Jakarta Will Experience Heavy Rain Accompanied By Lightning

JAKARTA - The areas of South Jakarta and East Jakarta today, Sunday, May 22, are expected to experience rain accompanied by strong winds. This was conveyed by the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) through the official website in Jakarta, Sunday, May 22.

BMKG also explained that rain accompanied by lightning and strong winds are expected to occur in the afternoon and evening.

Meanwhile, this morning the weather in West Jakarta, South Jakarta, and East Jakarta is predicted to be cloudy. Then North Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and the Thousand Islands are predicted to be cloudy.

However, entering the afternoon the weather has changed. South Jakarta and East Jakarta are expected to rain with moderate intensity.

Meanwhile, West Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and North Jakarta are expected to have light rain and only the Thousand Islands are expected to be cloudy.

Furthermore, in the evening until early morning, the weather in all areas of DKI Jakarta is predicted to be cloudy.

Meanwhile, the air temperature is estimated to be in the range of a minimum of 24 to a maximum of 33 degrees Celsius.

The humidity level is estimated at a minimum of 70 to a maximum of 95 percent.
