JAKARTA - The Directorate General of Railways (DJKA) of the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) will conduct the 5th switch over (SO) at Manggarai Station. Switch over to condition the railway line at Manggarai Station which is currently under construction.

Rode said that switch over 5 at Manggarai Station is valid from Friday, May 27, to Saturday, May 28. This will be carried out, he said, so that train travel including the Commuterline KRL is not disrupted at Manggarai Station.

In practice, after switch over 5 is implemented, there will be a line adjustment at Manggarai Station.

Path Adjustment

After switch over 5 later, Line 1 and Line 2 of Manggarai Station will only serve long-distance trains, and Line 3 will be deactivated.

Meanwhile, the KRL Commuterline crossing the Bekasi/Cikarang Line will be served on Line 6 and Line 7 at Manggarai Station.

The Bogor Line will be served on Line 10, Line 11, Line 12, and Line 13.

Operation Pattern Change

KAI Commuter Vice President (VP) Corporate Secretary Anne Purba said the switch over 5 will also cause an adjustment to the KRL Train Travel Chart (GAPEKA). The KRL operation pattern will change, especially for the Bogor Line and the Bekasi/Cikarang Line.

Addition of KRL Circuit

Cikarang-Jatinegara KRL Speed
