JAKARTA - Deputy Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy, Angela Tanoesoedibjo, invites Indonesian women to always innovate and adapt in their work and careers in the professional world.

"The most constant thing in life is change, so as long as we can adapt, work, and give our best, just do it", Angela said in the Fortune Indonesia Summit 2022 talk show, quoted from the official broadcast, Friday, May 20.

She said that innovation and adaptation to new things are the main keys to following and understanding the development of an increasingly modern era.

In a time full of technological developments, society, especially women, must be able to adapt and learn about developments around them so that new knowledge can help them in their work and careers.

"There are still many things that we must continue to learn. So yes, we must continue to learn and we must have a purpose in life", she said.

In addition, Angela said that with high professionalism, women can overcome obstacles such as society's view of women who have careers.

"We only work professionally, so we can overcome these obstacles if we are professional", said Angela.

Angela also added that apart from equality, it is also necessary to take sides with women in everyday life.

"So there needs to be an awareness of equal rights for women and the need to side with women, whether it's through facilities or the number of women in certain organizations", he said.
