MANADO - Deputy Minister of Law and Human Rights (Wamenkum HAM) Edward Omar Sharif Hiariej reminded the work unit (satker) at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in North Sulawesi, which has received the title of Corruption Free Area (WBK), not to be complacent with this achievement.

"Those who have received the WBK title should not be complacent with the title but continue to improve to be able to get WBBM," said the Deputy Minister of Law and Human Rights while giving directions to employees of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of North Sulawesi (Sulut), in Manado, reported by Antara, Wednesday, May 11.

The Deputy Minister of Law and Human Rights said that currently only five of the 23 Satker at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of North Sulawesi have received WBK, for 2022 it can be increased.

"I am sure that the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of North Sulawesi will be able to improve its performance to get or achieve WBK in 2022. If possible, this year it will increase by five to ten," he said.

Previously, the Head of the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of North Sulawesi, Haris Sukamto, said the number of employees at the agency and its ranks was 1,199 employees.

"This number consists of employees of the correctional, immigration, education and training centers and regional offices," he said.

He said that in 2020 there were three satkers who received the WBK predicate and in 2021 an additional two more satkers won the WBK.

"From 2020 to 2021, five satkers at the North Sulawesi Ministry of Law and Human Rights have received WBK," he said.
