Scheduled To Be Checked On DNA Pro's Fund Flow Today, Ello Instead Asks To Reschedule

JAKARTA - Singer Marcello Tahitoe alias Ello asked to reschedule the examination as a witness in the DNA Pro trading robot case. Investigators also granted the request and scheduled an examination next week.

"Yes, the person concerned asked to be rescheduled for next week," said the Director of Special Economic Crimes at the National Police Bareskrim Brigadier General Whisnu Hermawan when confirmed, Monday, April 18.

However, Whisnu could not confirm the reasons behind Ello's request for postponement, including the time of the examination. Because investigators are still working on the matter.

"Not yet (about the time of the examination, ed). It is still being arranged by investigators," said Whisnu.

Meanwhile, regarding the examination material, this one-star general said that he would study Ello's statement regarding the receipt of funds from DNA Pro. Because, this singer reportedly had received money from one of the suspects.

"We are tracing the flow of funds, whether he is filling the event, Brand Ambassador and so on," said Whisnu.

Previously, Marcello Tahitoe alias Ello would be examined as a witness in the DNA Pro trading robot case. The interrogation of Ello, who is known for singing the song 'Going Back', is scheduled by investigators on Monday, April 18.
