Bali's Ngurah Rai Airport Opens Passenger Vaccination Services

BADUNG - PT Angkasa Pura I I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali opened a vaccination center service at the Domestic Terminal of I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport.

Vaccination services are in synergy with the Denpasar Class I Port Health Office (KKP) and I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport stakeholders in Bali.

The vaccination service is open from April 6, 2022, until D+7 Eid al-Fitr 1443 Hijri with operating hours every day from 09.00 a.m. local time to 15.00 p.m. and prepares types of Sinovac and AstraZeneca vaccines.

"In our efforts to improve services for service users at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport and help make the government program a success. We have opened a vaccination service," said General Manager of PT Angkasa Pura I at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, Herry AY Sikado, Friday, April 8.

Since it was opened on April 6, 57 people have received vaccination services. While the requirements for vaccination are Indonesian Citizens (WNI), KTP or Family Card or KIA, vaccination is carried out on H-1 departure, at least 6 years old and booster vaccine is at least 18 years old and has a vaccination invitation from the PeduliLindungi application.

"Vaccination is a part of the flight requirements, so we prepared special service users. So, there are vaccines 1 and 2 as well as boosters here. The results will be directly connected to the PeduliLindungi application right away," he said.

"As for domestic travel requirements, for those who have carried out the first PCR vaccine, the second vaccine can use PCR or antigen and the third vaccine or booster no longer uses the COVID-19 test, so we focus on preparing specifically for prospective passengers," he said.
