The Community Gets IDR 300 Thousand Assistance For Cooking Oil But Regulations Haven't Been Submitted By The Center To The Regional Government

MATARAM - The government will disburse direct cash assistance (BLT) for cooking oil worth IDR 300.000 for three months from April to June. However, the regulations have not yet been socialized.

"So far, we have only received information on BLT for cooking oil from the mass media and social media, while we have not received official letters and technical regulations from the government," said Head of the Social Service (Dinsos) of Mataram City, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), Baiq Asnayati, in Mataram, Monday, April 4, cited from Antara.

BLT cooking oil to reduce the burden on the community to the impact of rising cooking oil prices. The government will provide cooking oil BLT to 20.5 million families and 2.5 million street vendors (PKL).

However, said Asnayati, to determine who will be the target recipients of BLT and how much each will receive, there is no certainty yet.

"This is a central government program, so we'll just have to wait for technical regulations so that we don't misrepresent information," he said.

Asnayati said referring to information in the mass media, which stated that the target recipients of BLT cooking oil were families who were included in the Family Hope Program (PKH) and Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT).

Data from the Mataram City Social Service Office recorded that the target data for PKH in Mataram City were 20.120 families (KK), while BPNT recipients were 32.211 families.

"If the targets are PKH and BPNT, we already have the data. As for the PKL target, it is likely to be coordinated with the Trade Office or other related agencies," he said.
