Promise In The "Tawakal Junior 2018" Brawl Group, 4 Minors In North Jakarta Arrested By Police

JAKARTA - The police arrested four minors who were suspected of planning a brawl in Ancol, Pademangan, North Jakarta, Saturday, March 24. Their plan was caught by the police from the Instagram group.

"We managed to prevent 4 of our fighters with the initials T, F, A, and R," said Pademangan Police Chief Kompol Happy Saputra in his statement, Sunday, April 3.

Happy explained that the disclosure started when the cyber patrol team detected a brawl from an Instagram group called 'Tawakal Junior 2018'. The average group contains minors.

“(We) have an entire database of almost the majority of Instagram ade-ades who are members of the brawl group. Their Instagram account group is called Tawakal Junior 2018," he said.

It continues to explore the conversations in the group. Finally, a plan was found that led to a brawl.

“From these results, we got some of their IDs and passwords. It was found from the results of the chat, there was an attempt by them to make an agreement to carry out the action in Ancol Pademangan," he explained.

Based on this information, his party together with all elements of society formed prevention at the place determined by the perpetrators. As a result, four perpetrators were arrested.

After being arrested, Happy said he would send the perpetrators to the North Jakarta Social Service. In order to carry out coaching in order to change the attitude of the perpetrators.

"Immediately wrote a letter to the Head of Social Services for the Mayor of North Jakarta to hand over the 4 people for coaching at an orphanage for naughty children," he said.

In addition, he also sent a letter to the principal of the perpetrators, to be given strict sanctions. This is done so that those involved get a deterrent effect.

"Our hope is that this will give a deterrent effect to our youth and also to remind their parents to continue to supervise their children," he said.
