A Rain Handler Is Hired To Stop The Rain During The 2022 Mandalika MotoGP, Fadli Zon: We Also Need A Debt Handler

JAKARTA - Gerindra Party politician Fadli Zon spoke about the rain handler used by the organizers of the 2022 Mandalika MotoGP.

According to him, the handler's efforts should be appreciated to prevent high rainfall so that the MotoGP race will not be disturbed. Steps to deploy a handler, he said, also need to be taken to prevent the country's debt from exploding.

"In addition to rain handlers, we also really need debt handlers," quipped Fadli via his Twitter account, @fadlizon, Monday, March 21.

The rain handler's name is known to be Rara Istiani Wulandari. His action to prevent rain during the 2022 Mandalika MotoGP went viral on social media.

Despite the fact that it had rained, the official MotoGP social media account still appreciated Rara. So are many netizens.

When it rains, Rara looks active trying to prevent the rain. His action was caught in a live broadcast of the 2022 MotoGP Mandalika on one television station.

Rara is seen walking in circles while banging bronze equipment shaped like a coconut shell.

What Rara did to make MotoGP riders entertained. Yamaha RNF rider, Andrea Dovizioso, looks smiling watching it. Meanwhile, defending champion Fabio Quartararo was seen imitating the handler's actions while laughing.

When the rain started to subside, the race started immediately. MotoGP Mandalika 2022 officially starts at 15.15 p.m.

In that race, Miguel Oliveira became the fastest. The KTM rider was ahead of Yamaha's Fabio Quartararo and Ducati's Johann Zarco, who each finished behind Oliveira.

Oliveira finished with a time of 33 minutes 27.223 seconds. He is 2.205 seconds adrift of Quartararo and 3.158 seconds of Zarco.
