The North Sumatra Attorney General's Office Examines 7 Officials Of The Padangsidimpuan City Government Of North Sumatra

MEDAN - The High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) of North Sumatra has so far examined seven Padang-Sidimpuan City Government officials who were summoned for alleged corruption in the implementation of the Village Fund Allocation (ADK) for Fiscal Year 2020.

"In the first examination, Wednesday (16/2) four officials, namely the Head of the Finance Division, the Head of the LPSE, the Inspectorate, and the Head of the Padangsidimpuan City Public Works Service," said Head of Penkum at the North Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office, Yos A. Tarigan, in Medan, quoted by Antara, Friday, February 25.

The second examination was carried out on Tuesday, February 22 by examining three officials, namely the Head of the North Padangsidimpuan Sub-district, the Head of the Tapem Division, and the Head of the Padangsidimpuan City Government Legal Division.

The examination aims to collect information from related parties for the purpose of investigating allegations of corruption in the implementation of the ADK.

"This examination is to find out whether there is a violation or not in the use of ADK implementation in Padangsidimpuan City," he said.

Yos said the North Sumatra Prosecutors' Special Prosecutor's Team would call again a number of Padangsidimpuan City Government officials.

"The North Sumatra Attorney General's Office will soon make a second summons to the absent officials," he said.
