Bareskrim Polri Speeds Up Inspection Of Indra Kenz To Thursday Tomorrow

JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police has scheduled the examination of Indra Kenz a day earlier. Crazy Rich Medan will be questioned tomorrow.

"Yes (examination, red) Thursday at 10.00 WIB," said the Director of Special Economic Crimes at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency Brigadier General Whisnu Hermawan when confirmed, Wednesday, February 23.

Confirmed separately, Indra Kenz's attorney, Wardaniman Larosa, said that his client would fulfill the summons for examination. "Yes, definitely present to fulfill the call," said Wardaniman.

On the previous occasion, investigators granted Crazy Rich Medan's request, Indra Kenz, regarding the time of the examination. The inquest is scheduled to take place Friday 25 February.

"Hopefully, on Thursday, by Friday, we will summon brother IK (Indra Kenz) as a witness," said Brigadier General Whisnu.

Crazy Rich Medan Indra Kenz previously failed to comply with the summons for an alleged fraud under the guise of Binomo binary options trading. The owner, whose real name is Indra Kesuma, asked that his examination be postponed to next Friday.

"Proposed a postponement and the person concerned is willing to be questioned on February 25, 2022," said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan.

However, Ramadhan did not specify whether Indra Kenz's request was granted or not. According to him, Indra Kenz was not present at the summons last week because he was abroad for treatment.

"The person concerned was not present on the grounds that the person concerned went for treatment abroad," said Ramadhan.
