OS Appears As The Intellectual Actor Behind The Case Of Adam Deni

JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police has named Adam Deni as a suspect in the alleged illegal access case. Where, Adam Deni is strongly suspected of uploading a document belonging to Deputy Commission III of the DPR RI Ahmad Sahroni.

However, recently new facts emerged in this case. Someone with the initials OS is called the brain of the illegal access.

OS Appears

The emergence of the name OS, in this case, began when Adam Deni made a video. Where, the content of the video is an apology addressed to Ahmad Sahroni.

"I have the opportunity to apologize to Bang Sahroni," said Adam Deni in a video recording quoted by VOI, Tuesday, February 22.

Adam Deni also asked Ahmad Sahroni to open his heart and withdraw his report. Where, the case of illegal access that ensnared Adam Deni was reported by Suyudi as the attorney of Ahmad Sahroni.

"Now I regret it. Hopefully, I can't bear it anymore. I hope that Ahmad Sahroni's heart touch," said Adam Deni.

In this statement, Adam Deni said that his act of uploading documents belonging to Ahmad Sahroni on his social media account was ordered by someone.

"Indeed I made a mistake by mistake because I was told," he said.

Separately, Adam Deni's attorney, Susandi, confirmed his client's actions on someone's orders. He called the figure giving the command with the initial OS.

"Yes, it is true that there was one person with the initials OS who had told our client to upload the document on social media," said Susandi.

However, Susandi was reluctant to specify the person who gave the order. However, it was emphasized that the client did not receive anything from the order.

"Nothing at all," said Susandi.

Not only that, but Susandi also said that the figure with the initials OS is actually not the boss of his client. However, only friends of Adam Deni.

OS and his clients are friends because they are social media activists. It's just not detailed since when the two became friends.

"Not the boss, but from our client's narrative, OS is a friend because they are both social media activists," said Susandi.

In addition, OS is also claimed as a woman. She asked Adam Deni to upload the data or documents that were the subject of the problem.

"Yes, she (OS, ed) is a woman. She asked our client to upload the data," he said.

Susandi also said that currently OS has been detained at the Bareskrim detention center. However, it is unclear whether the woman was named a suspect or not.

"He has been detained, if I'm not mistaken two weeks ago he was detained," said Susandi.

Adam Deni was arrested by the Directorate of Cyber Crime, Bareskrim Polri on suspicion of illegal access, on February 1. He uploaded other people's documents to social media.

The arrest was based on the police report number LP/B/0040/I/2022/SPKT/Dittipidsiber of the National Police-Criminal Investigation Department dated January 27, 2022.

In this case, Adam Deni is charged with Article 48 paragraphs 1,2, and 3 in conjunction with Article 32 paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 of the ITE Law.
