JAKARTA - The Directorate of Traffic of the Polda Metro Jaya has carried out a case of the fatal accident that killed AKP Novandi Arya Kharisma and Fatimah. As a result, it is known that the driver of the car is Fatimah, a cadre of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI).

"Investigators believe that the driver of the Camry B 1102 NDY sedan is sister F," said Traffic Director of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Sambodo Purnomo Yogo to reporters, Wednesday, February 9.

This investigator's belief is based on the evidence found. One of the results of the post-mortem of the victims.

"According to the results of the examination of the evidence of the Camry sedan which showed that the result of the accident had caused the dashboard of the vehicle to clamp the front left seat," said Sambodo.

"The front left passenger seat is on the left," he continued.

The conclusion was also based on the testimony of witnesses who had tried to evacuate the victims. Where, AKP Novandi Arya Kharisma was in the passenger seat.

Finally, several properties belonging to women were also found in the driver's section. On that basis, it is believed that Fatimah is the driver of the car.

"This belief is also supported by the results of the crime scene examination of the evidence in the Camry B 1102 NDY sedan, which found women's belongings, including women's bags, women's shoes, and red lipstick all on the front right side, on the driver's side," said Sambodo.

In this way, investigators named Fatimah as a suspect in the accident case. However, since the suspect had died, it was decided to stop the case.

"So the driver of the sodari F is made a suspect," said Sambodo.

"Because the suspect, sister F, died, then the investigators stopped the investigation into the accident and then the investigators issued an order to stop the investigation or SP3," continued Sambodo.

The Toyota Camry car had a single accident on Jalan Raya Pasar Senen, Central Jakarta, on Monday, February 7. The accident resulted in the driver and passengers in the car dying on the spot.

Later, the two people who died were identified as AKP Novandi Arya Kharisma, who was the eldest son of the Governor of North Kalimantan, Zainal Paliwang, and Fatimah, a cadre of the Banjarmasin Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI).
