JAKARTA - Two employees who were exposed to COVID-19 at the Pulogebang sub-district office, East Jakarta, Wednesday, February 9, did not provide face-to-face services for the next three days. Several residents came to the Pulogebang sub-district office to take care of the files. It was seen that residents could not enter and could only arrive at the gate because the Pulogebang sub-district office was being sterilized. Two administrative staff were declared COVID-19 based on the results of the PCR Swab. So that the kelurahan does not provide face-to-face services to sterilize the building. Now the service has been changed to a dropbox system or residents can put their files in the boxes provided. Officers also remain on standby at the gate to receive files that residents want to take care of.
