ANTM Officially Launches Gold Shio Snake Wood Chinese New Year 2025 Edition

JAKARTA - PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) through the Precious Metal Processing and Refining Business Unit (UBPP Logam Mulia), officially launched a special edition thematic gold with the theme of the Year of the Wooden Snake to welcome the Chinese New Year 2025.

The launch of the Chinese New Year gold with the Wooden Snake Shio was carried out at Old Shanghai Sedayu City at Kelapa Gading, Jakarta, Wednesday, January 8.

The special edition product comes in two variants, namely gold bars and gift series. Gold bars are available in sizes of 8 grams and 88 grams, while the gift series is available in variants of 0.5 grams and 1 gram.

ANTAM's Director of Operations and Production Hartono said that this Chinese New Year edition gold offers a deep philosophical design and a symbol of good luck.

"We are very enthusiastic about welcoming the Chinese New Year 2025 by presenting an exclusive product with the theme of the Year of the Wooden Snake. This product will be a symbol of good luck with deep meaning, as well as a valuable investment," said Hartono.

For your information, the Year of the Wooden Snake, which comes every 60 years in the Chinese calendar, was last celebrated in 1965. In Chinese culture, snakes symbolize intelligence, wisdom, and adaptability, while the wood element represents growth, vitality, and new opportunities.

Antam added three-dimensional elements to this year's thematic gold design, such as scaly snakes, bamboo, plum blossoms, and the 'Fu' symbol which means good luck.

Hartono said these elements reflect resilience, integrity, and hope, making them the perfect complement to the Chinese New Year celebration as well as a valuable investment symbol.

"With a design rich in philosophical meaning, Antam hopes that this product can be part of the Chinese New Year celebration full of happiness, and bring good luck to customers," said Hartono.

Hartono also said that the Chinese New Year Wooden Snake gold is equipped with advanced security features, including special serial numbers, watermarks, three-dimensional effects, QR codes, and microtext.

In addition, he continued, the glossy and matte finishes add an elegant impression, while the exclusive packaging makes it attractive as a gift or investment.
