Human Skeleton Found In Denpasar Mangrove Forest, Victim Has Long Lived In A Hut Alone

DENPASAR - A human skeleton was found in the middle of a mangrove forest in the area of Pura Dalem Pengmbak, Sanur, Denpasar, Bali.

"Yes, on Thursday, February 3 at 17.00 WITA, a human skeleton was found in a hut in the middle of a mangrove forest", said the Head of Public Relations of Denpasar, Bali Police, Iptu I Ketut Sukadi, Friday, February 4.

The identity of the human skeleton is I Nyoman Jiwa known to ODGJ (people with mental disorders).

The discovery of this skeleton occurred when a witness was doing a clean-up in the Dalem Pengmbak Temple area.

When the witness came to the hut usually occupied by the victim, the witness found a human skeleton. This finding was immediately reported to Jero Mangku Pura Dalem Pengmbak.

The victim is known to have lived in the mangrove forest for a long time. For food needs, it is usually given from the Pengmbak Temple.

"Later for 3 months or more the victim was never seen around the Pengmbak Temple and was thought by the witness the victim had been taken by the Social Service or taken by the family", said Sukadi.

The skeleton was then taken by ambulance to Sanglah Hospital in Denpasar. The condition is that the body parts of this skeleton have been separated.
