The Detention Period For Brigadier General Prasetyo And Anita Kolopaking Has Been Extended

JAKARTA - The detention period of two suspects in a fake pass, Brigadier General Prasetyo Utomo and Anita Kolopaking was extended. Brigadier General Prasetyo's detention period was extended to 28 September.

"The first detention was July 31 to August 19, 2020. Then the detention was extended from August 20 to September 28, 2020," said the Director of General Crimes for Criminal Investigation of the National Police, Brigadier General Ferdy Sambo, to reporters, Friday, September 4.

Meanwhile, Anita Kolopaking's detention period which ended on August 27 was extended for the next 40 days. So that his detention period will end in early October.

"Extension of detention from 28 August to 6 October 2020," he said.

In the case of a fake pass, Brig. Gen. Prasetyo was named the suspect who issued the letter.

Brigen Prasetyo is subject to Article 263 paragraph 1 and 2 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code and Article 426 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code and or Article 221 paragraph 1-2 of the Criminal Code. Article 263 of the Criminal Code regulates the making of fake letters.

Meanwhile, Anita Kolopaking, who was Djoko Tjandra's right hand man, was suspected of having committed crimes under Article 263 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code and 223 of the Criminal Code.
