The floods occurred in four urban villages in West Jakarta, namely 31 RTs in Tegal Alur Village, 12 RTs in Kamal Village, 13 RTs in Cengkareng Barat Village, and 8 RTs in Kapuk Village.

The highest flood was in Tegal Alur Village with water levels reaching 1 meter because there was also an overflow of the Semonggol River and ROB flooding.

Meanwhile, flooding in Kamal, Cengkareng Barat, and Kapuk reached 50 centimeters.

Insaf said, until this morning there were 815 residents who were displaced due to their houses being flooded. They took refuge in 12 locations such as prayer rooms, Child-friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA), to flats.

"The inundation condition is being handled by the DSDA, Damkar and PPSU Kelurahan and is targeted to subside in a short time," said Insaf.

Meanwhile, the Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts that today there will be moderate to heavy rain in South Jakarta, West Jakarta and East Jakarta in the afternoon to evening. Then rain is also predicted to occur in North Jakarta, Central Jakarta, and the Thousand Islands in the early hours of the morning.
