Hurt Girl Raped, Group Of Men Persecuted To Death In North Sumatra

MEDAN - Bill Clinton and his colleagues were arrested by the police. They were arrested for molesting a man to death in one of the former cafe buildings in Tanjungbalai City, North Sumatra.

TanjungBalai Police Chief AKBP Triyadi said the victim of the abuse by Bill Clinton was named Marton Tondang alias Eliebert Purba (30), a resident of Liang Atas, Nagori Purba Pasir Village, Harang Gaol Horison District, Simalungun Regency.

AKBP Triyadi said the incident occurred on Saturday, January 8, early in the morning, in Sirantau Village, Datuk Bandar District. The perpetrator is the father of the victim's boyfriend named Tua Marpaung (55).

"The perpetrator's action was also assisted by his son Bill Clinton Marpaung (26) along with residents of the same village Wiston Marpaung (26), Agustinus (36) Arifin (34), RPN (17) and Jasman (27)," said AKBP Triyadi, Friday, January 14. .

The perpetrators abused their victims on Jalan Alteri, Sirantau Village, Datuk Bandar District, to be precise at the former Hockey Hunter cafe. Police who received a report directly to the location. There the victim was unconscious.

"When they wanted to be helped, the officers looked around his face, there were several bruises. Then the victim was taken to Dr T Mansyur Tanjungbalai Hospital, to be given medical treatment," he explained.

After receiving treatment at the hospital, about 4 hours being treated by doctors, finally the victim died. After that, the police conducted an investigation and arrested one of the suspects in the persecution, namely Bill Clinton.

Furthermore, from the interrogation the police arrested 6 other suspects, including Tua Marpaung. To the police, Tua Marpaung admitted that he was desperate to kill the victim because he did not accept that the victim had sex with his daughter.

"The motive was hurt, because the child of Tua Marpaung or the younger brother of Bill Clinton, was damaged or had sex with the victim and the victim's valuables were sold by the victim," explained AKBP Triyadi.

At the time of carrying out the action, said Triyadi, the perpetrator invited his village friends to persecute the victim.

"Those who persecute are father and son, then (those who help) still have a relationship of one clan and one village," he said.

AKBP Triyadi has not explained how the suspect abused the victim to death. The suspects are currently undergoing legal proceedings at the Tanjungbalai Police Station.

"For their actions, they are subject to Article 170 paragraph (2) to 3e in conjunction with Article 351 paragraph (3) of the Criminal Code," he said.
