Attorney Pinangki Examined By Bareskrim Next Week

JAKARTA - Bareskrim Polri reschedule the investigation of prosecutor Pinangki Sirna Malasari. Prosecutor Pinangki will be questioned next week in investigating the flow of funds from Djoko Tjandra in the case of removing red notices.

"Earlier, I confirmed that investigators will be summoned next week. Just wait for Thursday or Wednesday we will see," said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Awi Setiyono, to reporters, Friday, August 28.

From the temporary coordination, the examination will be carried out at the Attorney General's Office. Pinangki's legal status during the examination was also a witness. Pinangki will clarify several findings from the investigation results of the suspect in the case.

"I said it was still an investigation. So I clarified the terms," said Awi.

Attorney Pinangki Sirna Malasari previously refused to be questioned by Bareskrim. The reason is because the examination coincided with the visiting schedule.

"The person concerned asked to be rescheduled. Because today is the schedule for his sister PSM visiting," said Awi.

At the Attorney General's Office, Pinangki was named a suspect in the alleged receipt of a US $ 500 thousand gratuity. The money was allegedly used to assist in the handling of the case for the transfer of Bank Bali collection rights.
