Involved In Drugs, Big Screen Actor And Musician Ardhito Pramono Arrested At His Home In East Jakarta

JAKARTA - The West Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Unit has again secured a public figure. The actor who plays the main character in a feature film, as well as a musician with the initials AP, is arrested for drug abuse.

West Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Pol Ady Wibowo, confirmed the arrest.

"Yes, that's right, his party has just secured a public figure, a feature film actor, songwriter, and singer", said Pol Kombes Ady Wibowo, Wednesday, January 12.

Meanwhile, West Jakarta Metro Police Narcotics Head, AKBP Danang Setiyo, explained that the main actor in the big-screen film with the initials AP was arrested for drug abuse.

"We secured it at his residence in the East Jakarta area", he said.

However, they have not been able to provide details regarding the arrest.

"We will inform you soon, the investigation team is currently investigating the arrest", he said.

Head of Public Relations of Metro Jaya Police, Kombes E. Zulpan, when contacted on Wednesday, January 12 confirmed that AP's initials were Ardhito Pramono. He is an actor as well as a musician.

"Yes (Ardhito Pranomo, ed)", said  Kombes E. Zulpan when contacted, Wednesday, January 12.

However, when asked further about the arrest, Zulpan refused to elaborate. He only emphasized that the case was handled by the West Jakarta Metro Police.
