Polda Metro Jaya Investigators Have Not Scheduled Examination Of Bambang Pamungkas Who Was Reported Abandoned

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya has not yet confirmed the time for examination of Bambang Pamungkas who was reported in the case of suspected child neglect.

"In the future, it will continue, BP (who, ed) is reported to be taking statements from investigators but the schedule has not yet been published," said Head of Public Relations of the Metro Jaya Police, Kombes E. Zulpan, to reporters, Tuesday, January 11.

But Zulpan confirmed the case is still being investigated. In the process, the reporting party and several witnesses have been questioned.

"Obviously, this is an ongoing process that has been checked by several people," said Zulpan.

Previously, the decision of the Religious Courts became additional evidence in the investigation of the alleged child neglect case with the reported party Bambang Pamungkas. Where, the decision stated that the two children of Amalia Fujiawati were the legal daughters of former Persija players.

"Now the religious court's decision has stated that the child is BP's son (Bambang Pamungkas, ed)," said Zulpan.

"It adds data from investigators to handle child neglect cases," he continued.

Kombes Zulpan also said that in the investigation process, not only court decisions were the basis. This is because the investigative team already has several other pieces of evidence.

However, there is no detail about the evidence. The reason, it is the authority of the investigator.

"That's not all (the basis of the investigation, ed), that's one of them. Now the religious court says it's BP's son," said Zulpan.

Bambang Pamungkas was previously reported to Polda Metro Jaya on suspicion of neglecting children.

The reporter in this case is a woman named Amalia Fujiawati. The woman is said to be the former wife of Siri of Bambang Pamungkas.
